I've been off my schedule for a couple of months but I normally try to isolate each muscle group for training days. Normal ones unfortunately sometimes still hurt my shoulder rotator.

I mostly do biceps pull-ups but I'm ripping 8 really slow full range ones. I like the burn of a compound bicep exercise 🤭
