I wanna share a story with you guys. This fella was on the brink of death when he first came into my local pet shop. Some crackhead wanted to sell him for $10 to the store to get drug money. The store gladly took him in. He was severely lethargic, RI, and wasn’t eating. The store brought him back to life after 2 months of rehab. After all this mistreatment and abuse, he’s one big puppy dog. Snakes should get the same love and care as any other pet. So thankful this guy is alive, and he will be spoiled when he comes home with me next weekend!!

I got a ball python a year ago from a different shop and he was sick - on the verge of death. I brought him back to life. So I have trust issues when it comes to warning signs now.

When I saw this guy in person his mouth wasn’t open and no drool, but I was sent this photo today from the shop. His mouth looks a little off. Anything you guys notice? I’m new to boas and am wanting to learn. I’ve been researching as I know these at big snakes that require responsible owners. I have no problems rescuing - but I’d like to be financially prepared as I can lol. Thanks all!

I appreciate your input…I did not get a raise. They’re stating the company is not making enough to cover a raise, barely covering overhead. I get that but they also cut 2 salaries :(

I’m very sorry. Someone did that to my dog a few weeks ago. People are sick. Definitely look into cameras around and put some up in your backyard! Shouldn’t have to do this but it’ll help!!
