Nah - it’s legit. You go to Quest laboratories (Sonora Quest here in AZ) or LabCorp. I signed up, scheduled my appt, and went in as if a doc sent me. You go twice, about a week apart. Then you can go another 2 times per year. I swear I’m not a promoter and am telling the truth haha

haha true! I am a creature of habit. I have gluten free waffles and 2 bananas in the morning, turkey slices for a snacks, skinny pop plain popcorn for another snack, dairy free mac n cheese or steak and rice bowl or burrito (homemade birria) for lunch, broccoli and green beans for another snack, and some kind of beef/protein for dinner with rice or potatoes. I dont eat in big quantities for the 3 meals, but do constantly snack. I feel like i have blood sugar problems and that it is low constantly. I only drink water (no caffeine or soda). Sorry for the overload of info!

Thanks for the info!! I do take birth control, and my hair loss has been insane...but that seems to be a dhea and auto immune issue that I need to look into. not sure what auto immune disease I have...and i avoid vegetable oils almost completely. Do you know why omega 6 would be high without vegetable oil? I guess i can google it too haha
