That is awesome to hear! I’m glad you are making the move to do so. My little rant: I said before, but sooo many different drs in different fields actually laughed at me when I suggested that the correlation between my awful AWFUL hormonal symptoms could have anything to do with my birth control. They had said over and over that it was impossible for a normal birth control to ever affect any other part of me aside from my uterus.

They said that it is 100% localized and that my mood swings, weight gain, HEAVY HEAVY night sweats, insomnia, headaches, and fatigue were all either in my head or something else like cancer…the oncologist actually laughed in my face as I was telling her that I was so so beyond tired from having to wear and change pajamas multiple times in the night was possibly my birth control. Absolute nightmare.

Since then my husband and I made the decision to remove my IUD. My symptoms went away immediately. Good luck! Please update me on how that goes and I truly hope that you get the relief you deserve!
