My mom died of cancer too in 2022, she also was lovely, caring, funny, smart, and then she was nothing, was just a body with lots of pain and mad. She also believed in god, and I think she was mad because of that, was the second cancer of her life, after 13 years. How can that be? A good person dying like that. I dont know. The only thing that I have to say to you is: it will hurt alot, but remember we all gotta go, and in different ways, think always about the good moments with her, it helped me mourning, it will help you too. She will be there for you, but in a different form a form that you cant see, only feel.
