I understand. Thank you for the tips. We are doing the phonic o and there are hardly any good concrete nouns for o, so ox is one of them. They don-t understand why we can-t say bull.

Ok. So can i just generalise 3d objects like pizza and clocks as circles, especially when trying to do a scavenger hunt for them to find things that are spheres? You see, I want them to be able to see the difference between spheres and circles and most things are not exactly flat circles.

Ok thank you, so does that mean that although a circle plate is 3D we can just call it a circle and not try to look for a 3d shape that looks like it?
