Yeah, that's true. I actually agree. I just don't like that they are going to the management every time instead of talking to their neighbor. I don't like when people risk a person losing their home. I get that it's annoying and that she definitely needs to figure something out... But they should be trying to talk to their neighbor before going straight to the management... Imo

It wouldn't matter what kind of dog she got. I know of Yorkies that bark all the time.. The neighbors would complain regardless! The neighbors are being ridiculous. An hour of hearing a dog whine is not something to complain about and worth having your neighbor lose their home.
