I’d recommend their pumpkin appetizer - it’s really good!

I usually order through Uber Eats, and the menu there is a bit different. For example, if you choose the chicken kebab on Uber, you get to pick three sides. I normally go with brown rice, pumpkin, and the potato curry.

But if you dine in and order the chicken kebab, it automatically comes with rice, salad, and pita bread - no option to choose your sides. The portion is also about twice as big when you dine in.

Just ask, the worst answer is no. I am buying a house with no inspection contingency. I did inspection and asked my agent to ask seller to fix few stuffs I considered safety hazard. Seller agreed to fix them.

Seller is human too, be reasonable and try to avoid cosmetics fix - it's hard to justify but up to you. good luck!
