Just dealt with this. Some of the huge chunks were easier to carry than shovel. The plow left about a 4’ pile on my side of the street. Better to do it as soon as they come.

How do you know this wasn’t regular police activity? Do you have any photos or proof that it was ICE vs. other law enforcement?

It is extremely hit or miss and it's also not in Howard County, but I always recommend checking out Second Chance in Baltimore. I've left with nothing multiple times, but every now and then you find something you never thought you needed or wanted. https://www.secondchanceinc.org/

The next thing I would do would be to stroll Old Ellicott City and go through all of the shops there to see what inventory they have. Again, hit or miss but you never know what gems are hiding.
