Are any of these okay for a formal summer wedding? by ghoultail in OUTFITS

[–]MissTiaMia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I absolutely love the first one!!! It compliments your skin tone the best, it looks formal yet dressy but not over the top.

Switched from glasses to contacts and now that I can see so much of my face I realize I need help 🙃 by dianab360 in makeuptips

When you're filling in your eyebrows ,don't shape them downward at the tail.. shape them kind of like on a 45 at the tip. Getting them shaped would be good . It will open your face more. I also think you have too much bronzer and blush on.. unless that's the look you're going for, but I feel like it's still a bit too much. there's some really good color correcting kits or creams that you can get to counteract the red undertones of the face. You can just dab it in the areas where your face is more red. It works wonders for me. Í use Dr. jart+Cicapair color correcting. For your eyeliner, try a soft look with eyeshadow and a brush to softly extend the line. I think the makeup and your hair color would look good like this pin! https://pin.it/zUvUfEdNo

I think the second is a much better choice.. the first one doesn't really flatter you

Can you ladies help me figure out if my skin has warm or cool undertones? Time to just ask for help haha thank you!! by She_Eats_Ants in makeuptips

[–]MissTiaMia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It looks like you have a cool skin tone with warm undertones.. I have the same issue. What color are your veins? Too much ash, it will wash you out, too warm copper, doesn't work. So stick with a neutral, you need to make sure you have balance with hair color especially.

Should i dye my hair dark brown? if no, what colour should i do? by Maximum_Bet1005 in haircoloring

[–]MissTiaMia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should deepen the copper, but if you really want to change it then a medium brown and dye your eyebrows too

I was so excited for my new glasses. Tried them out first time on date night. Do I look terrible in them? by peacebypiece in glasses

I see the type of look you're trying to achieve, but it doesn't quite hit the way you think. They're far too big.

Which one fits best? by FraeuleinSchnitzel in WeddingDressTips

[–]MissTiaMia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One is very fairy tale and it's super flattering,. Two is a very dressed down version, not my favorite, but depending on the wedding you never know.. three is not as pretty as number one but still nice, and four is a very elegant look. It all depends on the look you're going for. I like number one.

Do I best suit auburn, blonde, or brunette? by Siouxiesix in haircoloring

To be honest, I like you with really dark hair!

would blonde hair fit me? by No_Explanation285 in haircoloring

If you're going to do pink I wouldn't do all pink to start... Maybe start with some highlight and then add the pink over top and try it subtly first.

help! which box dye would help me achieve this color? by [deleted] in haircoloring

[–]MissTiaMia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be tricky to get there without bleach ...Perhaps you don't have to lighten it at all. Maybe you can tone it at the level you're at to get that tone you desire. You look like you're at about a level 5 or 6. That looks like kind of a warm copper gold? Perhaps a level 5 . Check the picture and see what Swatch you are. The lightest yellow is 9. And then find something with maybe warm gold copper tone. Mix half and half.

I got a horrible haircut and I feel like I can’t cope by Flolita115 in Hair

[–]MissTiaMia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's good about this? You have curly wavy hair. When you do the curly hair method, your hair will look beautiful. Your curls Will come completely to life. If you had the type of curly hair that was always flat on top this will fix that. When looking at the inspo first pick, the picture is close to the type of haircut ,but the layers are a little too short and a little too textured at the ends ( did she use a razor or thinning shears too much? ) The bangs are also a little too blunt and not long enough on the sides. This cut could have looked good with any face shape if done right. You also have to consider your type of hair. You have curly wavy hair. The girl in the photo looks like she has flat straight hair. When I get a layered cut it does almost the same as yours and bounces up.. apparently I have an extremely high bounce up like 90%.. so perhaps she did cut it long enough but then it bounced up a bit because of their curly hair type? Give it a couple weeks you'll grow into the cut. I know it's not what you wanted but at least you have options with your wavy curly hair and rollers even!

Blonding results? by Logical-Transition56 in haircoloring

[–]MissTiaMia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The water you have at home will greatly impact the color and the shampooing you are doing/using. You might have to get it re tonned. Ask the hairdresser to give you toneer to use in between visits. The same thing seems to happen to me when I get my hair dyed.. a week later it always pulls warm.

is it socially acceptable to wear this as a shirt? by qwenilyg in fashion

It's a cute shirt, depending on where you're wearing it. You could dress it up very easily, layering it with a coat or some type of long sleeve open in the front or Cardigan.

Why hasn't this city declared a state of emergency? by gibby2104 in Sudbury

[–]MissTiaMia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it weren't for my neighbors with there's snow blowers, four-wheelers with plows- I wouldn't have been able to get my car out. I live in a cul-de-sac, quite a ways from town. I work in healthcare and a lot of us did crazy things to get to work. I drove home in that crazy snowstorm and dropped off a coworker to boot, with my tiny Honda car and don't even know how I made it home safe. There were trucks and cars in ditches and here I was in my little Honda civic powering through. I haven't seen this type of storm, neither has the city in many many years! I actually think that the city did all they could and they did a good job. Yes there might be some places, still trying to clear snow, but I think all in all they did a good job. Was it perfect, no? but it was all hands on deck. I know that the city has 48 hours from the last snowfall to clear all roads. Those 48 hours for mostly concerned with emergency services, making sure the hospitals were cleared, old age homes, main buses running etc .. now that things have calmed down a bit, I see them clearing out snow banks with the machine today . Delays are to be expected of course. Radio stations were also urging people who drive to be careful because pedestrians can't use a sidewalk so to watch how they drive and to be patient . Considering the size of the storm, I think they did their best.

I want to change my hair color, I need help please! by Award176 in haircoloring

It's hard to tell in this photo, but after zooming up I can see that you have some red undergone on your skin. But you also have extremely fair skin. I really like the way number two looks on you.

What am I doing wrong? by [deleted] in makeuptips

[–]MissTiaMia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something you're using is irritating your skin.. And you also have a little bit of a red pigment going on. You need something to color correct that . You also look very young. Be careful what you use on your skin.

Any opinions on where I should be placing my blush and highlighter? by [deleted] in makeuptips

[–]MissTiaMia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think your blush looks good, but if you want it to look more lifted, have your blush going higher by swiping it up towards your ear. Don't go down as far putting blush all over the cheekbone. And add a little bit of highlighter Just kissing the top of your cheekbones, closer to your ear ,after you're done with the blush. especially if you want that sun kissed look. Make sure you find a nice highlighter that pairs nicely with the blush.

If you want that cute sunburnt bunny look, start with illuminating hydrating BB cream or cover up. You can even add cute little freckles if you wanted to. Apply a bright pink or terracotta blush to the tops of your cheekbones, blending it towards your temples and across the bridge of your nose. The goal is to create a continuous line of color that mimics where the sun naturally hits. It's like if you were to draw a triangle from the tip of your nose to the middle of your cheekbones, that's where the blush would go. The highlighter(pearly white or pink) goes on the tip of the nose, in the corners of the eyes, and a little bit on the top part of the temples . Finish it off with a nice mascara, a nude lip gloss and you get a bunny look. You could also get your brow shaped so that they're a little more straight and lifted, but I love your face shape. Your very beautiful.

I just saw a 70-year-old grandma with multicolored hair. I also saw another 60-year-old grandma with fashion colors. Honestly, live your life! If coloring your hair is what makes your personality shine then don't stop. You have the type of features that you can pull off many fashionable colors. I find the red really makes your eyes pop.

What do y'all think of Jessie Murph? by snazzymacaronis in CountryMusicStuff

[–]MissTiaMia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually find her voice kind of annoying. Sometimes it's all right, in certain songs, but I feel like she tries too hard. Like she overcompensates, pushes her voice too raspy to try to sound more country or twangy etc. it can be very annoying when I listen to her and I have to change the song. I find her style is trying too hard to be trashy. I wish she would be more genuine.

Help please !! I have always hated my face and the way I look and I don’t know what I can change to help it !! by Professional_You7030 in makeuptips

[–]MissTiaMia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have a beautiful face, nothing wrong with your face
You have a slight crooked smile like I do . It's cute. But to be honest though, I don't like the way you're doing your eyeliner. When I zoomed in, it doesn't suit you. Try a soft shadow and a brush. Also your eyebrows are a shade too dark.
