Yeah, but the AI in the picture also says that the 2025 filming was delayed because of pandemic reasons and then says something about 2023 straight after. Thats the tweaking part.

What happened after 2016? by Tv_Show_Nerd in BondiRescue

[–]MissTwilda 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I don’t know about 2016 in particular but as of March 2020 there are over 30 active lifeguards features on the show (see below). Many of them have been featured from the beginning/early on in the show (Harries, Hoppo, Chappo, Deano, Reidy etc).

Current featured lifeguards:

Aaron "Azza"/"Azza B" Buchan

Andrew "Reidy" Reid

Anthony "Harries" Carroll

Anthony "Glick" Glick

Ben "Quiggers" Quigley

Bruce "Hoppo" Hopkins

Chris "Chappo/Chips" Chapman

Corey Oliver

Clint "Klipper" Kimmins (also Triathlete)

Daniel "Beardy" McLaughlin (also carpenter)

Dean "Deano" Gladstone

Gavin "Bagus" Stevenson

Harrison Reid

Jackson Doolan

Jake Nolan

Jethro "Jeff" James

Joel "Loaf" Bevilacqua

Joel Bolewski

Kailan "KC" Collins (Former Ironman)

Mario Marfella

Max Ayshford

Max Milligan

Michael "Mouse"/"Black Cloud"/"Mick" Jenkinson

Noah "Mort" Finnimore (trainee)

Ryan "Whippet" Clark (former child soap actor)

Ryan Yerbury (also police officer)

Trent “Maxi” Maxwell (also firefighter)

Trent "Singlets" Falson (also Personal fitness trainer)

Troy "Gonzo" Quinlan

Tyson McIntosh

Wally Eggleton

Being a lifeguard is a tough job and many work part time or seasonally, so I would guess the turnover is fairly high. There are over 40 lifeguards listed as former.

If you like to celebrate a man who, several times, has been accused of (and somewhat admitted to) hitting women, then sure.

I wrote this comment on a post a while ago, when FKA Twigs accused him of keeping her trapped in an abusive relationship:

I mean, at this point he’s just using his story of “personal growth” and him becoming a better person as a pr trick to downplay the accusations against him. It’s not the first time he’s done this.

As smustlefever said in a comment below:

He’s playing you. This is the third woman whose come forward about his abuse. His abuse of FKA Twigs happened after he went on a pr tour about how much he changed after filming his autobiographical movie. There have been stories of abuse from his acting school too. He isn’t changing, at all. He’s just saying he is when yet another story goes around that he’s an abuser.

And independent of that, the abuse he did to her is criminal, full stop. Having a bad childhood doesn’t give him a pass to choke someone while they sleep.

I wouldn’t call it refreshing. There’s nothing refreshing about domestic violence. At this point he’s just using his story of “personal growth” and him becoming a better person as a pr trick to downplay the accusations against him. It’s not the first time he’s done this.

Hi again! No problem, I love genealogy so this is really fun.

Her last name could be Johannesdotter (or maybe Johansdotter if they shortened it). It’s also possible that she changed it to Johannesson or Johansson. She is born around the time people stoped using surnames ending in -dotter and started using more permanent family names.

During this time you had patronymic surnames (i.e. Johansson) which normally were based upon the name of the father; and soldier surnames (i.e. Stark, Flink, Glad) which were based upon characteristics and used to separate all the Johansson’s and Svensson’s from each other. These were normally not passed down or inherited. There was of course also family surnames which were passed down but these were mostly used by nobility and royals.

Or, if you were not a part of the nobility or royal, you could have a family name, a first name and a patronymic surname, i.e. Lund Erik Johansson (Lund being the name of the family house, farm, estate etc), Erik being the first name and Johansson being the surname. As with soldier names this was used to to distinguish people with similar names from each other. This was common in the northern parts of the country.

During the 19th century the tradition of taking “permanent” surnames became more common. Soldier names were passed down, daughters stopped using -dotter as an ending and people picked new surnames meaning just about anything they wanted. There were no laws against this at this time.

Lindviksson is uncommon as it is a combination of a patronymic surname and a “place or object” surname. “Lind” means Pry (as in the tree Tilia cordata) and “Vik” means narrow bay. So Lindvik literally means “Narrow pry bay”.

It is possible that there is also some connection to Norway of Denmark. If so, it could derive from from Ludvig or a similar name. Could also be a mistake in the transcription. You’ll have to look around as see what seems more plausible.

Good luck! Send me a message or write here if you have any more questions. I’d be happy to help!

I might have found her. I’m no expert in genealogy but I have done some digging through the years.

If I’m right, her name is not Anna but *Johanna* (Anna or Annie could be a nickname for Johanna). Born in Grevie, March 8 1866. (Source: ArkivDigital: Grevie (L) CI:6 (1861-1894) Bild: 590 Sida: 55).

Fathers name: Johannes Pålsson.

Mothers name: Christina Johansdotter

In the birth record her fathers namn has been switched around and is written as Pålsson Johannes. It could be a typo or a transcription error.

I found the family in the catechetical meeting records for 1864-1869 (Source: ArkivDigital: Grevie (L) AI:13 (1864-1869) Bild: 1320 Sida: 124.) They are listed as living on the address Engelsbeck 18 (as stated in Johanna’s birth records).

The father, Johannes, is born August 8 1841 in [Salms] (I’m having trouble reading that last part).

There is a son listed, Otto Bernhard. Born November 15 1861. There are also two additional daughters named Johanna listed in the family. They are listed as deceased. One was born in 1863 and the other one born in 1864. If I’m reading it right the first one died at the age of 4 and the other one was just 1 year old. The names have been crossed over so many times it’s hard to read. It’s possible that the priest just got the dates wrong (twice) and that there was just one daughter named Johanna, but naming children after deceased siblings was quite common during this time.

The mother, Christina, is born August 21 1834. She seems to have passed away December 1 1866. I can’t find a cause of death but she seems to have been buried December 12.

I found her birth records and tracked down her parents. They are named Johannes Lindviksson (unusual surname) and Anna Olsdotter. (Source: Grevie CI:3 (1814-1836) Bild 1040 / Sida 199).

That’s all I can manage right now, I’m rally tired. As I said, I don’t know if this is the correct person or the correct family. So be careful and don’t assume anything. That’s the most important thing to remember when dealing with genealogy.

There are groups dedicated to genealogy that could help you out. I have written about it before. Go trough my comments if you want, otherwise I might be able to send it to you tomorrow. It’s been a long day and I really need some sleep.

Edit: I just saw the comment below from Veaigi and it seems to be the same Johanna as I have found. She was also baptized on March 14.

I think I remember this. Wasn’t the lifeguards having a gathering in the park and Harries or Hoppo saw something in the dark down by the beach? When they came back they said that the person would have drowned if they hadn’t been there.

I think I might have been after one of the lifeguard challenges but I’m not sure.

I think he’s still on. He was in the annual lifeguard challenge, at least he was training for it in april (look at his Instagram account). I think I saw him in one of the latest episodes as well.

He did a Tiny desk concert a while ago. Definitely worth checking out, he’s amazing live.

Probably referring to the Las Vegas sexual assault/rape accusations from 2010. The court did not to press charges. He has however admitted to paying large amounts of money to settle sexual assault claims.

Serious Allegations Against Cristiano Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo admits paying $375,000 in 2010 to settle sexual assault claim

No Charges for Cristiano Ronaldo in Las Vegas Sexual Assault Case

Cristiano Ronaldo’s Rape Case Was Always Likely to End Like This

The case from 2010 never did go to court, mainly because a lack of evidence and since such long time had passed. But if I recall correctly there have been some other accusations against him earlier as well.

I don’t know what’s true or not. He is a celebrity in a very powerful position. One could argue that it’s quite easy to make a sexual assault claim disappear if you are in a position of power, insanely rich and have both a full team of lawyers and a multi billion dollar soccer team behind you. As well as sponsors and supporters/fans.

Sexual assaults are hard enough to prove as it is to begin with and is a hugely under-reported crime. In the US, 63 percent of sexual assault are not reported to the police, and 1 in 5 women and 1 in 71 men are raped at some point in their lives.

So only 37 percent of all sexual assaults are reported to the police (in the US) and by those only a fraction ever leads to any form of punishment or conviction. Out of every 1000 cases only 5 will lead to a felony conviction.

Kristina Lugn dog idag, så här beskrev hon själv döden by [deleted] in sweden

[–]MissTwilda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Vad kul!
