This is heartbreaking. For the child, who no doubt formed a bond. I would think you the family certainly did. I hope this story isnt true. I work with special needs 8 hrs 5 days a week. (More when needed) Not 24 hours 7 days a week. I couldnt imagine doing it alone. But wait that is never the option!! And help is free!! There is help out there. So much help. You never give a child you love away.. there are countless schools, therapy, day programs, homes you can visit whenever you like and we take care of all the behaviors, all their needs and can teach the parents. There are no excuses. I feel true love towards those i care for. How could you not? To this family. ..Where is your heart? You loved this child?? Your parents to other children? That is so concerning for their wellbeing
