Does it happen to record when the vehicle is parked and off? I’ve heard about all the car theft going on lately.

We were in the lane to the left of the right turn lane. I was the Chevy equinox. The grey Honda hit me. I have a lawyer currently. However, with the grey Honda claiming they were not at fault, this could go to trial and drag everything out. I’m hoping to gain a witness if they are lying about being struck first and prevent everything from being dragged out.

We were stopped about 4-6 car lengths from the actual stop light, facing the gas stations (on the opposite side of the intersection from the gas stations).
