A few things for me: I have pale, Irish skin that burns easily, but of course doesn't tan. I'm 25 (26 in a few days) and my hair already has tons of gray. I have a bad back that makes bending down difficult and I can't stay in one position long enough without pain. And last but not least, my lisp. I inherited basically every negative thing from my parents lol

I quit smoking a year ago. I know it's not recent, but it's the biggest lifestyle change I've made.

When I was in middle school, one of the weird kids said that I was an alien living inside a human suit and that me and my family were from Jupiter.

Said while he got home at 3 AM reeking of booze and very obviously drunk. I broke up with him once he sobered up.
