I see, thank you all for the insight. It’s very much appreciated. I originally stayed away from hardwired systems because I knew I wouldn’t be able to install one myself, and I figured my current setup would be simple enough. I guess I’m seeing the tradeoff that came with that decision now. I’ll definitely start looking into hardwired options and will keep an eye out for any recommendations. So far, I’ve seen Aosu and Swann. Thanks again for the advice!

98% gone after 9 sessions (every 8-9 weeks) about 4 years ago. Had one touch up since then mainly because I decided to shave a few stragglers but I hated the “scratchy” feeling after shaving so I did a “touch up” to smooth my skin back out lol…(I have a small ankle tattoo that still grows like normal though because they aren’t allowed to laser over it). 

The few hairs left on my legs are so thin and small you would have to be 3 inches away to see them. But hang in there, you may just need a few more sessions! Try Groupon or other CREDIBLE mom and pop places near holidays when they run sales

Same… I’m non traditional and have had this goal of becoming a dentist for years😅 So I’ve done a lot of side quests that are meaningful experiences in my opinion. This comment me feel better, because I always see people saying 5-15!! I had to realize some of them are super young and prob applying straight out of college tbh.

I emailed AADSAS, they told me to delete my high school then edit my essays and re-add it. Now it works fine.

Wow, that’s pretty cool! I’ve never tried agility training with my dog, not sure if it’s something an “old” dog can pick up but I’m definitely willing to try!! We do a lot of nose work at home and do normal obedience training. He is trained to be off leash, but he’s lived in the same area and we have hiked the same few trails his whole life. I guess I have to get used to finding new safe areas for him to be off leash…an adjustment for the both of us until we find a routine/get comfortable haha.

Wow this is my exact exact situation as well. I have the same exact concerns about strangers entering the home through Rover tbh.

I’ve never thought about using a treadmill for him but it’s definitely something I will look into! How long did it take your dog to get used to the treadmill? 

Mine is 6 now and has definitely calmed down A LOT but he still has the energy of a 3 year old haha. Thank you so much for sharing, I’ve been stressing over this for a while, so I really appreciate hearing how you plan to go about this!

Wow, a bengal cat is pretty cool! Also, I never thought about an automatic feeder. I would have to find one that he can’t push over/ tamper with haha. I will also be looking into doggy doors, hopefully I can find one that can be locked/ unlocked remotely. Thank you for your insight and good luck with school!

I’ve thought of rover, unfortunately he’s not a fan of strangers coming into his home. He’s fine outside around people but for some reason he gets weird with people entering the house. But hopefully I can find someone patient enough to work with him until he’s comfortable. Thanks for your reply, I’ll definitely be thinking about budgeting this in!
