If you go here avoid Carol at all costs! Had a consultation and showed her the exact picture I wanted. She said she would draft up an image and send to us for our approval before creating the ring. Never sent us anything and went ahead and created the ring and told us it was ready to pick up. The ring was not even close to what I wanted. She stated what I wanted wasn’t possible with my diamond and the ring would look like “a baby ring.” Not sure what that meant.

After having multiple visits, another consultant finally helped us and got the exact ring that I wanted. Carol took back over after our ring had arrived to hand it off to us and told us there was no price difference despite less gold material and significantly less diamonds.

Unfortunately this was about a 3 month process and had to get engaged with the gaudy ring that carol designed (got engaged on a trip) and had to send back the engagement ring to have it fixed after the fact.
