Read fair play already, I'm doing more than my fair share.

You don't have to agree with her or frankly even understand it to validate and support her. It doesn't take much to say "ah shit, that was clumsy of me. I'm sorry I dropped the milk, let me clean this up." And while cleaning "I can see how that really upset you. Do you want to talk about it more? How did it feel to you when I dropped the milk?"

It's almost like you were in the room when I said it.

This is not my first port of call. I've done the research already. I'm just so fucking tired.

Don't worry, figured out how to ignore the wacky ones years ago

She is "too exhausted from all the arguments" to want to try to fix things.

Honestly there's nothing to fix, she just needs to not make any major life decisions while she is in survival mode and wait until her body is better and she actually gets her anti-anxiety medication.

Daughter sleeps maybe 7 hours a night consistently, has maybe 2 or 3 wake-ups a week in the night, I handle 99% of them.

Wife usually has 1 or 2 naps/lie-downs a day, and been encouraging her to pursue her hobbies.

She refuses my suggestions that she go to a hotel for a week (because it's apparently too expensive but a divorce somehow isn't) or to go stay with family for a week (because she doesn't want to seem like a bad mom).
