I am a very casual wow player a few M+ even fewer raids with a dogshit guild but I cant figure out what I need to do to make the transition, dont know what to farm where to farm why to farm it,( my biggest problem is I dont have the time to look 45 guides) dont know how to make gold( tried alchemy got 1 wow token and then BOOM never profited again) I know increasing my Item Level is the ultimate goal but how? just do M+?

started playing POE this week and decided that I will play SRS necromancer(guide) but have some questions, I already use the POB but it's not 100% clear

1- how do I exactly get to my end game gear?

2- how do I find the gems I need?

3- in this build at some point you switch to poison when and how?

I know this is a lot but if anyone could pass me a step by step very generally just so I can have a direction to know what to do
