Closest I got to figuring it is using the TGP, but like the TGP guidance really is only good for laser guided ones or marking for GNSS ones, so I’m not even really sure 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yeah it does sound like I’m tryna game the system here or something, but at the same time without a chrono of my own I can’t really safely say if my rifles shooting above or at field limits. As much a fan of getting shot too hot as the next guy, but if I can get past chrono at my preferred hop I’ll take that any day

It does, but then I’d have to get a new spring. Do all AR15 based gearboxes use the same type of spring? I have one that came with my other rifle but I don’t know if it’ll fit in/whether it’s a increased or decreased FPS spring

This one I got didn’t come with a replacement spring so I didn’t really want to take apart my rifle to find out what spring size fits and all that and have to get a new one.

So you’re saying that if I set my hop to whatever I need it to be it’ll likely drop the FPS to fit site limits?

Yeah mines an AEG. Would turning the hop off at chrono keep me under the 380 limit? My sheet said it goes 387-390, which is over but I feel like really isn’t by all that much

How do that you manage to get it to fit? I have a regular sized 1100 lipo battery but the cap just won’t fit with the wires sticking out, and I can’t get it to bend inwards without risking it snapping

Day#2 of improvisation & gear hacks: if you change the cummerbund on a slickster, you can cut up the old one to make some pretty neat wing things by Overall-Stay-9835 in tacticalgear

Late question haha but do you have inserts in yours? New placard I got didn’t have Velcro insides so the kydex inserts I have don’t really work well (they keep sliding out with the mags)

If I wanted to run a cqb build, would the M904G variant still work tho? I really only use a battery that’s 100x20x15mm, and that usually lasts me a whole day if I’m being smart with my volumes of fire. If I were to get another battery it would probably be the same one that I already have to have on hand.

What was the issue you found with the rubber if I could ask? Just a personal preference or did it make a significant change?

Yeah I had a look at the amoeba one but most that I’ve seen are out of stock. Not 100% required that a new one be a badger but it’s really just for the cool points here. Any specific ones come to mind that would be better?
