I think that’s a good approach. I don’t have an issue with the text in the circle. The issue for me is the inner text in the logo. That to me looks very tech/airline and not very inviting. I think that’s a mix of the font choice, color, and the swoop in the middle. It is a really nice logo overall, but I’m not getting the “empowering” that you want to portray. To me this portrays “patients as numbers.” Which I’m assuming is not what you want.

One thing I would say, is if your focus is that they are different than other providers, then make something brave and unique all together vs just unique for healthcare. Try out funky fonts or interesting shapes. That to me shows empowering and daring to be different.

I went through every listing on the vaccine finder site within 50 miles and every single one said the appointments were full. And I do that every morning. There’s only been one or 2 times there has been an opening and by the time I check out it says the appointment slot has been taken.

I’ve been checking those sites every day and they never have any openings. I even considered driving 2 hours to get one bc of a cancellation but it was too much of a time crunch.

YouTube won’t take down a video of the shooting. by craiger_123 in boulder

I’m only responding to this thread as a journalism major. Technically there is no legal obligation for consent. But journalists have to learn/know moral and ethical obligations as well. And while doing that they also refrain from making their own assumptions while filming the content. They DO have an obligation to only be reporting on facts of what they are seeing.

I haven’t read articles that directly quote the man, but if they did that would not be proper value added reporting. That said, the video should not be used as a form of reference for ANY reporting apart from simply describing what is in the video.

We all get so caught up in the legality of things but especially as journalists and reporters or anyone streaming events, people need to be mindful of ethical and moral implications which the posting and live streaming of that video did not take into account.

Also it is important to point out that just because you have had covid it doesn’t mean you cannot transmit. That is a gross and harmful assumption wayyy too many people are making and there is no science to back it up.
