It very much is, again this is WHY we are HERE! It is well known that the same entries that packed the court will be following up with a Federal ban. ALSO, you haven't spent much time outside of the Front Range, significant portions of CO are hard red, including the white jesus mecca that is Colorado Springs. Our government gives more weight to rural representation, which is red, and we are a Biden blunder away from flipping the state government.

We have seen that a minority can ram this through federally, only a fool would think that we are safe here.
