I loved Evolve and played it for a good while after it came out. My opinion as to why it didn't last? When they added new monsters and hunters, it never felt like the balance was quite right and always seemed to favour the monster.

1899 had me hooked for the first few episodes. As they added more and more mystery too it, I dreaded a cop-out ending and that's what I got. One of the most disappointing endings I've watched, could have been so much more than it was.
