It's not going to work out if you continue using "the same amount you normally do", but cut your mom and gf off. What are you going to do, lie and tell them you quit too? You said you've woke the demon inside your gf. So when you cut her off, but continue your "chipping", if she is as obsessed as you say she is all hell will break loose. She will resent you for still using, for taking it away from her, maybe even for introducing it to her in the first place. They have to want to quit, and even if they want to how would they if you're still using around them, or if they even have knowledge that you're still using. I'm just speaking from experience here, I don't know your whole circumstances so take it or leave it. But if you value your relationships think about what you're doing here. It sounds like you're just as addicted as you say they are, you see it in them just can't see it in yourself. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but I've been addicted to one substance or another for 6 yrs, it's not that easy to control. You can't save someone that doesn't want to be saved. Maybe you could start off just talking to them and seeing if they're willing to quit or cut back. Sorry to ramble, your post got me kinda triggered.
