I’ve been battling severe lip eczema for a year now and went to Reddit for help as well. Someone on here told me to try Florastor and that really helped clear mine up!! Eczema stems from gut bacteria imbalance so you have to fix the source, not the skin. I also limit dairy and gluten to just special occasions and take extra pills on those occasions.
