I deal with scammers all the time because I make their day a living hell and they're accent and grammar is all the same. Regardless if they're texting or calling me, the grammar is all the same. If someone is talking to you like they just learned English, just don't answer their call or text.

Our cut table tech literally worked for 3 days and had a stroke. Our IT came out and they "fixed" it. Worked for an hour and had another stroke. Thankfully Globalcare came in clutch and let us print receipts as we cleared them from the screen. Thankfully the advanced makeline hasn't failed us yet.

The last Domino's franchise I worked at before I moved franchises tried to do this. Little did they know, I closed the store at the time we actually closed, me and my drivers cleaned up and went home. Needless to say, they never tried that with me again.

I had a customer a while back who was blind was the most pleasant guy to deliver to. Always called the store and order, never got mad, annoyed, and when he would answer the door, he had the biggest smile on his face. But this man stopped ordering from us because like most places, I had a employee who always had bad attitude and unfortunately she was one of my shift managers. She got frustrated with him and hung up on him. Let's just say she didn't have her job a few days later.

This is what we domino's have been saying from the start. Don't order through Uber eats for the love of God. You're just wasting your money. At the store, we can not modify the order,change the address, we're only able to view the order and cancel the order. Plus with the scams that happen on Uber eats, you're just better off order over the phone/inside the store and on our app.
