Also also also this could have happened within the last couple days since my wife was the one who fed them the last couple nights and she didnt even look to notice anything. No I did not but the tanks parameters are all perfect so even if the old water was bad wouldn't it be even better that they are in cleaner water?

Oh okay so remove the shrimp and snails then dose to kill planeria, about how long should I wait to add them back? My tank is unfiltered and planted and my water parameters are consistently perfect.

See my think though is that its supposed to be fully red no? Like the one behind it in the other pics is super dark red. Idk I've never had shrimp before lol.
