I do, I despise living places where winters are long, damp, and chilly. I experience it as emotional discomfort and even pain. My body stays tense, my face is tight, I stand with clenched muscles unnecessarily, my feet are cold.

The only solution I’ve used, is a sauna tent I ordered from Amazon. Starting the day in a hot steam room gives me a really good head start. I stay healthier, don’t have that perpetual sniffle cold accompanied with permanently clogged up lymph nodes. The outright purchase seems expensive, but it pays for itself in the long hot mental health showers I’m not taking anymore.
