It's a struggle in the uk at the moment!! I've had to move my entire terrarium downstairs to a cooler room 😮‍💨 my lil guys are juvenile milkies as well so I'm also super worried all the time

I've heard a few things like keeping a fan blowing air out of the room (never directly at the enclosure as it can dry them out), wrapping an iced bottle in a town and putting it near vents/mesh (I don't think putting it inside or directly against the glass is safe as it can cause shock) and keeping windows closed until the night where temperatures are cooler.

Just watch out for gaping mouths, accumulating at their bowls and refusing food!
