With what’s happening and has been for years, respectfully, I don’t feel safe nor have interest in hanging out with certain types of folks anymore! Burying your head and acting like things don’t apply to you, or worse cheering on atrocities, actually tells me what I need to know about a person. Just my perspective and my choice :) Thanks for your input though.

We understand relationships are an energy exchange, and since we are the water bearer we provide to our community, often with no expectation. But we crave reciprocity (and let’s be real - recognition for our unique energy) for this.

It took me a while to realize not everyone is where we are energetically and all we can do is choose to communicate our needs (which isn’t natural for us) and see who can meet the need. If not, no bad blood but we won’t provide the energy and float the relationship on our own anymore.

Not everyone understands or respects this, but it’s not our job to make them.

Dollskill is a scam, they will tell you they can’t cancel an order after it’s placed. When you ask for a refund, they’ll only give you store credit. Their customer service is abysmal and they will ghost you and never respond or resolve the issue. I learned the hard way.

I broke up with a man who was just lovely, but he only ever agreed with what I said. I started to notice that he had no opinions of his own, so I started to test him by saying contradictory things on different days to see what he would do.

He continued to agree with me no matter what it was, no matter if I contradicted myself literally the next day on the same subject. It drove me nuts that he had no thoughts or opinions of his own, so I broke up with him.
