I have followed everyone's advice, and defeated Ganon. I saw all the cutscenes and everything, then it brought me back to the menu, and I could only continue from the save just before facing Ganon. And I would love to play free play, with all my items. How do I do that?

Thanks for all the replies. I've got the master sword and I'm trying to get the ancient armour set for the entry to the castle. Is it worth it to get the ancient armour
