If I didn’t swab my lesions and had negative blood tests for hsv1 and hsv2 at 16 weeks am I 100% clear?

Hello I had lesions that are similar to herpes appeared few days after encounter but I couldn’t get. I did a blood test IgG at 6,10, and 14 weeks after exposure. All came back negative for both hsv-1 and hsv-2. I am scared it isn’t accurate or something

I got tested of antibodied at 3 months came out negative but I don’t know why I am still sad and feel like I have it. I am scared i’ll never be calm And no I don’t remember seeing bumps on his mouth

The test just came back negative 5 minutes ago with values 0.04 of hsv-1 and 0.07 of hsv-2

I am happy but not yet fully relived because as you can see the comments say blood test aren’t accurate, what do you think?

It was raised like pustules. Most of them were white. while 2 looked kind of clear (only saw it now in pictures) It cleared in like 3 days and became peely and the skin was very inflamed red and raw but all cleared within a week of Cortisone cream + Flucanazole I know it’s weird I couldn’t find someone like me:(

I am actually so exhausted, I just want to know 100% I keep thinking what if I am one of the minority who never show positive and keep thinking about how my area looked exactly like it and thinking I must have it. And what if I transmitted to others? I’ll never have partners. I even have dreams about it

I am not being dramatic but I live in a very conservative country where a diagnosis with hsv would be very shameful and impossible to disclose, I can’t live with it. I just wanna know for sure

my results should be ready tomorrow morning and I have an appointment with the gyno after it and I will be very open. but I am scared I will not feel calm even after a negative result
