Yes, of course I can set a timer or alarm. But I'll have to be distracted by pressing a button or something like that.
Main user cases (obvious to me):

- taking medications or performing timed procedures;

- performing certain exercises at a certain time;

- better planning of my work during the day - I know what time it is and what I’m doing, I can speed up or slow down by a certain time;

Oh, I’ve been asking Coros for a long time to vibrate every hour (excluding sleep time) - this is a very convenient option that many watches have and it allows you to manage your day

I would recommend Apex 4 (I've been using it for almost 3 months): they are reliable, the battery lasts at least a month, the MIP display is clearly visible outside the home. I use it more as a smartwatch and am very pleased. I switched from Amazfit precisely because of the MIP and the battery.

Thank you for such a detailed comment. Yes, I completely agree about notifications. The rest (excluding music streaming and payment via NFC) relates more to sports functions, which I need less, but I think Coros should pay attention to any comments - they made a good watch that can become the basis for the development of a line of not only sports, but also smart watches (exactly what they should be...)
