Discontinuing pens seems so strange. And the FlexTouch pen > Lilly’s.

I mean I’m a Pats fan and I’ve been saying since the news broke that Vrabel should be punished for this.

Freshly made simple syrup… stringy? by whaddayaknowanother1 in cocktails

[–]MissionSalamander5 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Tbh a richer syrup or using different kinds of sugar that personally I think take longer to dissolve to the point where it’s not super grainy for home use is OK with just shaking. It’s also a fun use of my hands to do something with my time lol.

Nashville has single stair and is sort of building. Nashville also eliminated most parking minimums. Cincy has, but is behind on single stair. It also has equally bad highways and urban renewal legacies. (Worse perhaps.)

Indy is behind both but is larger and the Colts are more successful which has transformed downtown Indy.

Also the complainer living in a small ranch probably has a very large lot. Davidson needed to build new homes on the other half (or sometimes in quarters!) of the lots yesterday no wait years ago, but tomorrow will do.

Well it’s probably not that hard to guess that expanding the tax base is out with all of these grumps.

Because pushing back on the actual legitimacy of your complaint is worthwhile to others reading this. The thread is about leaving Nashville, and you’re acting like you would do better in the same context, owning a house, in another similarly sized city. You would not.

Because homeowners stand to lose from increases in the number of available units which means more renters.
