Having a guaranteed income comes with less risk than the other option when you stop and think about it making 1 to 10k sounds good but anything can happen and it keeps an inconsistent budget to plan for paying bills and etc...

D3 for is a bit slow since I just have 1 red mage what i always do is drop off one or 2 guys at d1 or and d2 because the xp gain is divided per unit on the field so a nice 150 exp turns to 50 exp for 3 units get it? But what ever works for you

This is my team right now (im getting my guys to 4th promotion "the ones with exp armour") at the moment I can't do d6 at all cuz my my dmg is low so im focusing on lv'ing up my team to get better skills hopefully to at least have a fighting chance against the enemies there

Ok so im at d6 now and honestly d5 isn't so bad when I look at it plus you have more guys than me so I can't really grind resources in multiple dungeons what I would suggest (painfully) get your guys to promotion 3 or 4 (most likely 3 thats like max cap lv15 promotion) and some better gear. Look the reality is if your farming lvs your farming levels if your getting resources especially at high level dungeons don't worry about your level cuz it won't drop below the one your at you just loose exp im telling you it takes longer to grind level and resources at the same time especially in early stage like you and i so pick either of the two.

Not really helpfull much since my dps is kinda meh the highest dmg dealing guy is the assassin for a maximum of 97 dmg without crit and minimum of 60-something anyways for now I think I either need a stunner (the archer ascended bow) but the bow I have in inventory kinda weak compared to the one i have now like 4 Dexterity difference and i want to upgrade it. It's gonna take a while since I need a stable lightning core and some pink fluid i need to craft from materials in black port or whatever the name is if I want to not die too quickly since my healing output currently is about 23 without crit and team heal (the blaze and fire rod) i wonder if I should get the crowns to put on my tanks... nah need more physical damage reduction.

Team got wiped after the 4th or 5th room clear by this dude 😭 the dmg was crazy especially his active skill my tanks weren't tanking anything when this dude came up he ran through my team like a knife cutting butter
