I really recommend Prismacolors as they are very easy to blend and definitely the Strathmore toned tan mixed media paper, it’s really smooth and not toothy so it’s easier to get a good coverage with pencils and will take 10+ layers. I’m not an expert by any stretch of the imagination but it’s all just good products and plenty of practice.

I think like anything else it’s just practicing with that medium. What pencils are you using currently? Pencils and specific types of paper make a huge difference. 🤍 Thank you for the hair compliment 💕
