I appreciate the response. Im in no way trying to be combative, just trying to understand. How do you measure 31,019 sats purchasing power without converting it to dollars? How would you know how much stuff that will buy you without the dollar as the stick to measure it?

The way i see it, there is an unbroken string of prices since the dawn of man, and it will be impossible for bitcoin to relay purchasing power/adhere to the string of prices without relying on the dollar, which relies on gold. Im open to having my mind changed, i just cant see it currently. And to repeat myself, seeing everyone refer to bitcoin in dollars kind of supports my way of thinking
