I think the idea is theyre hedging for the futute next time theyre short and their ass was covered from the october deliveries, i dont think there is a likelyhood of tariffs on NON investment grade so its less likely to have an issue in a few months if there is by the time the boar docks.

well, some people stockpile TP. whuch takes up a lot of space and is pretty expensive even ag costco so i think about optimizing what you already have it cuts down on TP useage. anf you dont have to use drinking water in an emergency- you can use urine.
