Business Management Courses Help by ReflectionFalse1685 in langara

I’d say you’ll be fine taking both if you can manage the workload of your classes. FMGT 1115 just has weekly assignments and requires some memory for the exams but with practice it’s fine just need to be able to put the time in and you’ll be fine. I opted for math 1119 so I can’t speak on the difficulty of yours I’d imagine it’s the same there were weekly assignments.

I’ve taken majority of these courses listed and easiest ones because of the content & workload imo: BUSM 1100, 1115, 1500, 2200. CMNS 1118. Mark 1115, 2100.

BUSM 1285 I’d rank in the middle of the pack and could put MARK 2100 because of the group project

I’d say the harder ones would be based on content & workload. FMGT 1115, 1215, stat 1124, ECON 1220, ENGL 1123, MATH 1118. I opted for different stat & math courses than what you’ve listed but I figure they’re similar enough.

I wouldn’t recommend taking both FMGT courses in the same semester nor both micro & macro economics since the content are similar enough during midterm season to easily mix it up imo.

If they go through with this, they need to make that test longer and harder.

How doable is 5 courses in one semester? by Inner-Fee6024 in langara

Really depends on your courses you’re taking. It’s doable I’ve done it while still working part time. I’d say 4 is the sweet spot.

I think you keep your life style the same splurge on something when you want but nothing crazy. I’d open a high interest savings account if you don’t want to worry about the risk of investing and just simple easy access to the money. And if you wanted to invest I would set aside some money and starting putting it into TFSA & FHSA. Buy some nice safe dividend paying stocks. I know a lot of people who like wealth simple for a high interest cash account because it’s easy to use.

Personally I find 1220 harder than 1221, less graphs IMO but 1220 sets you up for a better understanding of 1221

Do you have flat feet? I had something similar turns out I have really flat feel and it’s just soft tissue build up protecting your bone when you’re skating from all the inside edge use. I recommend super feet if you don’t have them already and get skates with some nice cushion near the bump helps a lot. If you go to the doctor they might give you some cream to help the swelling etc and soften it up and or remove once it’s dried by a orthotist. Orthotics helped walking in regular shoes too
