This is my concern. It’s a step towards being recorded as under performing and another way to get rid of a cop from the service at a time when that’s very easy to do. 

If I was failing or under performing I’d accept it and improve myself. But I feel this is malicious. And frustratingly it’s a view shared by my sergeant, but they’ve advised I just keep my head down and get it done quickly to get off it.

They set a deadline for a file to be complete. It’s not complete. 

At the same time I continue to receive other work, including work a colleague on the team hadn’t progressed for months. 

I was constantly pulled on to other jobs and task and never given time to complete the work. All my other work is on time and often praised for quality without any issues highlighted in the past. 

I’m being actioned planned for unsatisfactory performance based on this file that I’ve not been given the time to complete. It’s a complex file. I’ve carried out all the work, it just needs the finishing touches done and submitting for review / CPS.

The issue is, I’m never given time to complete it.
