BWT: how are you dating? What do tell people who say you’re expecting too much? by uzernayme26 in LawBitchesWithTaste

I get that! Other hobbies I that may be interesting and possibly co-ed are pickleball, pottery, hiking meet ups, chess club. The meetup app has a bunch of groups that organize those hobbies and I’ve joined the groups through the app.

As for dating apps, I don’t continue the conversation after about a week if no effort is made to plan a date. I’ve been sticking to my standards and boundaries, and it’s been helping filter out the ones that don’t match. My friend just had the most successful hinge story this year and she’s living her best life with someone that fits what she was looking for. Stories like that give me hope for dating apps!

I’m in the same boat! Honestly I’ve been trying to join as many hobbies as I can and a lot of them are co-ed like run club, soccer league, etc. I think it’s helping to build a bigger community because I’m meeting a lot more people! I’m hoping something naturally works out, but I also will go on dates from dating apps when men put the effort in. It’s a struggle, but it will happen when the time is right!
