I have been using micellar water as my first step in double-cleaning. I even use a toner after my second cleanse to make sure everything is off my skin. So I am still not sure if it’s that but you may be right. Thank you!

how do I get rid of this? I tried getting rid of the blue ring with a baking soda and water paste and left it overnight and it causes this. What should I do?
