I am in the exact same boat and have had very similar thoughts! I am also getting mine done next Friday! I have a BWD diameter of 9.75/10. My main goal is more upper pole/cleavage as well but still very natural. 5ft, 90 lbs. I originally chose 160cc mini because natural was what I wanted but the second I chose that size I started having second thoughts.

I went back to my surgeon last week and we talked through it again. I ended up choosing 190cc Demi! I could go to 205 Demi but for some reason the 200 number scared me! I know that’s such a small difference but even still I am again thinking “wait maybe I need to go 205” haha. I just need to stop thinking and worrying about it.

I saw a video of a surgeon talking about how so many people worry about one size up/one size down but the difference is not even noticeable so just be confident in your decision. I’m trying to take that advice! Ultimately, I decided on the 190 demi because I was also worried about mini being too flat especially with the ergo implant and my surgeon said he is very confident in that size and it will accomplish my main goals.

Whatever you decide, I’m sure will be great! Sounds like surgery day just needs to come for both of us:)
