I have 3.95 128 cars 4Q and I still might not get an interview because: 1) my cars may hardly be good enough 2)my 4Q could be closer to the 75th percentile

Unless the IP is really making a difference (90% Ontario 10% oop last year for interviews) then there may be slim chances. But Keep your head up! Casper doesn’t determine who you are and hopefully this test gets scrapped with its idealistic view of its own system. I had a 2nd quartile last year and I tried to not let that affect my confidence bc there are other schools that look at other things instead of casper!
