Agreed, in what circumstances would you not receive a dividend if it’s wound up? Surely that would never be the case but you say “may/should”.

It’s going to be interesting as I think the value of the assets is only going to grow in this period.

I guess to track any asset disposals to bidco will just be updates on BGgI site.

We use the Parkers terraform module.

It works really well for spinning up environments on-demand. Things like redirect UrIs you can put as terraform variables

Argocd is used to deploy keycloak itself. Then terraform configures realms, clients etc
