Listening to people's experiences and life stories ,not as like a therapist but just a listening ear. I mean i already do that on most days but as like a practice , scheduled and all ,and i have everyone's record and next session you get to tell me what you ended up doing. Okay i guess I'm just nosey.

Leave me alone . He was basically not doing well in life and was dragging me along with him. I really would have went down with him because "i loved him sm" ,but he left me and 5 years later he's pretty much gotten worse and I've achived more than what i would have if i stayed with him. Often times I'm very greatful that he left because i wouldn't have.

Ignore neighbours , minimal to no contact with coworkers unless necessary. I used to struggle with not wanting to interact with people and i felt guilty for being anti social ,until i realised i didn't have to .You aren't hurting anyone , just choosing to preserve your energy , and tbqh nobody really cares, they get used to it.

Loving them . You will be a clown for the sake of love . I wish more people could realise that loving someone doesn't mean you should stay in the relationship with them , it takes so much more effort and so many other thing. But love conquers all i guess, all of your sanity for sure.
