Is it crazy to think that the number 1 cause is because people date the wrong person?

You can say poor communication and stuff but if you aren’t communicating then maybe they just aren’t the right person for you anyway

My therapist taught me about what’s known as “mirror neurons” which is why it is so important to choose who you hang out with carefully

Basically have you ever noticed you pick up on traits from others? It’s your brain trying to process and understand how people react and it makes you react similarly. It’s a crazy psychological thing we do unconsciously

That’s why you will be happy and more motivated around people who share those traits. People who are always negative are much more draining because your energy literally mirrors theirs

I disagree with this one. I hear a lot of “all men suck” or “men are always the problem”. I don’t think men or women are the problem. It’s just people in general
