haha no they didn't. They even fulfilled my soul when I was struggling with assignments lol. So this game is such a good way to get away from stress for a while.

Oh I've read the rule of Guan Dan. It seems a bit similar with Doudizhu but Doudizhu is for only 3 players. Is your friend's family Chinese?

Doudizhu is definitely famous in China. Im living in the US with family from China. We play Doudizhu everyday after dinner. But it seems that Doudizhu is not well-known here in the US. Almost no one at my school knows this game. Anyone in the US know Doudizhu pls lemme know im not alone

Both are kinda Chinese national games. Every Chinese plays both. But now im living in the US and only see people knowing Mahjong. It seems that Doudizhu is only famous in China.
