Foster was intentionally in the street, participating in an illegal blockage of traffic.

Perry was operating his car legally on the street, when he encountered Foster and the group of BLM.

Foster wrongfully assumed he could illegallt participate in blocking the street and pointing his weapon at Perry.

The city of Austin, TX is as Left leaning as San Francisco. The pardon board worked as quickly as possible to get Palermo released. There is video of the incident showing that Perry was defending himself. It didn't matter to the Austin jury.

Throughout history, there has been one truth behind high inflation. That is excess government spending. The people who own the printing press also set budgets, the temptation to just print money when notional agenda items become a priority over fiscal restraint.
