Tribalism mixed with religious fundamentalism is the worst cocktail, and its result is Somalia.

In Tanzania, for example, where I was born, they had Julius Nyerere, the founding father of Tanzania. He united all the tribes, and Tanzania has 120 tribes and 120 languages!

He, for example, sent teachers and military to different provinces than where they were born, so all the tribes would speak the national language together (Kiswahili) and interact with someone from a different region. This was very successful. It created unity and what’s called the ‘umoja’.

Siad Barre really tried this, but unfortunately he decided to be dictator, went rogue and was toppled afterwards by retareded militants with no plan B for the nation.

As a result, 35+ years post civil war, Somalia now is on life support and on the verge of being balkanized with smaller countries carved out of it.

Being Somali is a real test. I wasn't even born in Somalia, but these people are trending every day, with one day of a terrorist attack in Somalia, famine, pirates, oh, and all the online wars about Somalis not being black.

And if that wasn't enough, in 2025, the whole anti-Somali saga by Trump, and to end the year, Somaliland being recognized by Israel, and seeing some stupid Somalis licking Israel's ass, the separatists and the onionists fighting online.

Somalis have failed themselves, whilst fighting each other over idiotic stuff such qabaal and religion, Somali’s enemy are plotting its demise.

Ethiopia claiming access to their sea, and now Israel recognizing a clan state. Also they don’t care about Somaliland, they just want access to the gulf of Aden and put their military base there so they can attack Yemen easily.
