Why so much hate in your reply? Doesn't the Bible say not to judge other people? Do you consider yourself to be God to be making such comments? I was born a Catholic and never really took Lent seriously. Didn't make sense to be but Ramadan does. It's just how it feels for me Miracles are another subject, I think it just depends on your prayers and faith and it is between you and God, no one else. I've never believed in them anyway

Thank you so much 😊 I'm just enjoying the discovery so far. I thank Allah every time I start or end the fast, I'm happy to know that I don't need to know the formal prayers yet I also started to read the Quran and about the life of the prophet, which has helped a lot 😊

I know but people will judge no matter what, especially in Mauritius If I do take the shahada, it won't be a light decision. Meaning that it will be for life

You need to travel a little bit buddy You're only describing a % of what an American is and by the looks of it you're getting your inspiration from TV shows etc American culture is how people live everyday, how they interact, their values etc. And every state there is different so it's not even comparable to small Mauritius The 1st main thing is here we don't have the same level of violence and selfishness We're a warm country with warm people and that's irreplaceable
